The Speedrunning Platformer Neon White Comes to PlayStation Later This Month

Angel Matrix announced that the first-person platformer game is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on December 13th.

The PlayStation 5 version runs at 120hz. “High frame rates make a difference when accuracy is important. We also took full advantage of the system SSD to significantly reduce load times.” Game Director Ben Esposito said:.

“It is important that restarting a level is as quick and painless as possible.

The game also utilizes the PS5 DualSense controller’s adaptive triggers as players use their respective soul cards to traverse the many levels and puzzles offered.

“You’ll feel it when you’re moving faster on the water, and when you successfully snipe a demon in the distance, you get subtle confirmation,” Esposito says. The DualSense controller also supports gyroscope aiming.
