Upscaled Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Map Offers Closer Look at Paldea Region

In today’s Pokémon Presents presentation, the Pokémon team Reveal all maps of Pardea, the region where Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet are set. The official map is a bit blurry, but a fan-made upscale version shows the Pardea region more clearly.

Today, IGN’s Ryan Quintal created an upscaled version of the map to reveal some remarkable details of the region. twitter thread.

Quintal noted how diverse the map is, noting several desert areas, seaside towns, small grassy towns, and mountainous cliffside locations. See below for Quintal map details.

The Pokémon Company also revealed further details about Pardea on that websiteIt is full of “diverse locations, from productive farming villages to bustling market ports”.

Pokémon also occupy every corner of Pardea’s diverse terrain, inhabiting “the treetops, rivers, and everywhere else in the wilderness.”

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will be released on November 18th. In today’s presentation, we learned that you can explore the open world of Pardea with the help of the game’s bizarre living vehicle legends.

The game also includes three separate story campaigns and many new Pokémon (including fan-favorite Fidough).
