Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective’s HD Port Gets June Release Date

At today’s Capcom Spotlight Showcase, the HD port of Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective has a June 30th release date.

In addition to HD graphics, Capcom has confirmed that all 37 songs in Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective are “newly arranged,” but you’ll have the option to hear the original tracks as well.

First released on the Nintendo DS in 2011, Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective is a crime-solving detective adventure game in which you play as a spirit named Sissel. The port was announced last month during the February 2023 Nintendo Direct. In addition to the Switch release, the HD remaster will also be available for his PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

In his review of the Nintendo DS original, IGN’s Daemon Hatfield praised the game for its innovation in the point-and-click adventure genre, plus fans of the Secret to Monkey Island and Ace Attorney series should check it out.
