Nintendo Direct Announced for This Week

Nintendo has announced that the Nintendo Direct will take place on June 21st at 7am PT / 3pm UK.

The livestream will last about 40 minutes and will “mainly” focus on Nintendo Switch games coming out this year, including new details on Pikmin 4, Nintendo said.

This is the third Nintendo Direct this year, and the second is primarily focused on games coming to Nintendo Switch. The first Nintendo Direct of the year in February provided information on games to be released in the first half of the year, such as The Legend of Zelda: Kingdom of Tears. Meanwhile, the March 2023 Nintendo Direct focused on the Super Mario Bros. movies.

Nintendo’s remaining Slim release schedule for 2023 includes Everybody 1-2 Switch on June 30, Pikmin 4 in July, and Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet DLC “Treasures of Area Zero” Part 1 this fall. : It will be launched in The Teal. mask. In May, Nintendo put an end to rumors about the new hardware by declaring that a successor to the Switch, whether it be the long-rumored Switch Pro or not, would not launch until April 2024 at the earliest.
