Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart Comes to PC in July

playstation announced Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart arrives on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on July 27th. The PC port is a collaboration between Insomniac Games and Nixxes Software.

This version includes ray-traced reflections of varying quality levels, as well as ray-traced shadows for the natural lighting of outdoor areas in the game. In addition, there are various aspect ratios to support ultrawide and triple monitor setups, including 21:9, 32:9 and up to 48:9 resolutions.

There are also unlocked framerates, and players can choose from a variety of upscaling options including NVIDIA DLSS 3, AMD FSR2, Intel XeSS, and Insomniac’s own Temporal Injection. Both NVIDIA Reflex and NVIDIA DLAA are also supported.

As for the controller aspect, the game supports full mouse and keyboard support along with customizable controls. Controllers are also supported and can feel DualSense haptic feedback when connected via a wired connection.

Those who pre-ordered will get early access to the in-game Carbonox armor and Pixelizer weapon items. His 5 armors from the Digital Deluxe Edition and his 20th Anniversary Armor Pack are also included in his PC version, as well as his 5 additional armors based on previous games in the series.
