Fans of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor fell in love with the unlikely character of a strangely charismatic frog boy called Turgle.
Fans first encountered Turgulls on the planet Kobo. There, protagonist Cal Kestis steps in to save the alien’s life from an electrifying end at the hands of the Bedlam Raiders, a criminal group meant to terrorize the system under the leadership of Gendai Ravis. .
Some gamers modestly wished Cal had left Turgle to the predators of the Bedlam Raiders, while others fell for the comedic character’s overt naivety and the unspeakable energy of the big frog. I fell in love instantly. While Turgle appears generally upbeat during his interactions with Kal, players can find hints of the amphibian’s deep-seated self-doubt and insecurities by interacting with his echoes of the Force found on Kobo.

Turgle followers were quick to post fan art on social media to express their gratitude for the newly discovered champion. I vow to protect him with my lifeothers also requested tagle content In cinematic form, or at least DLC.
Turgle’s voice actor Richard Horvitz said, “After so many tears, I am so proud to be a part of the Star Wars canon. I am so touched by the love our fans have for this little man.” I am a Turgle!!”
The development members also expressed their love for the character, Respawn Entertainment’s Justin Perez tweeted, “All of us on the development team were convinced that Turgle was going to be Jedi Survivor’s breakout star. The main point today is that we were absolutely right.” He revealed that he had an internal Slack channel dedicated to photos taken in the game’s photo mode.
IGN gave Star Wars Jedi: Survivor a rating of 9/10, describing it as “a better sequel than the original in almost every way, and an already extraordinary Star Wars game.”
