The Day Before Gets First Extended Look in Over a Year

Open world survival game The Day Before Trailer for today’s 10 minute gameplay footageis the game’s first new look in over a year, as developer Fntastic was embroiled in a trademark dispute.

The new look shows off exploring, modifying weapons, scavenging, and shooting down infected enemies.

The Day Before was originally scheduled for release in June 2022, but was delayed until March 1, 2023 and is now scheduled for November 10th. It was further opposed because the developer allegedly failed to trademark the name.

However, Fntastic told IGN last month that the delay was planned before the trademark dispute came to light.

“We previously planned to move the release of the game, and now we are announcing that [publisher] Mytona in a 10-minute gameplay video,” Fntastic said at the time. Just to be on the safe side, we chose November 10th with our publisher to ensure there are no further transfers.Given the trademark dispute, it’s a safe date.”
